Turning the knob by a dial moves the bed by 0.1 mm, turning a semi-dial moves it by 0.05 mm. Each tooth corresponds to 0.02 mm.
The data stated are calculated on an M4 screw with a pitch of 0.7 without considering errors.
The knobs are therefore not very reliable, but very useful as indications for quicker leveling.
