I purchased a CR10S Pro printer and was unhappy with the fact that I needed to purchase nozzles from Creality. Therefore I replaced the hot end with a standard CR10 hot end (https://www.creality3d.shop/collections/accessories/products/creality-3d-printer-full-assemble-mk8-exturder-set-for-cr-10-cr-10s-s4-s5, just the hot end not the fan cage) using this mounting block.
I can then use standard MK8 nozzles.
The mounting block needs a couple of M3 nuts push into it. The CR10 hot end can then be screwed to the mounting block. The mounting block can be screwed to the CR10S pro fixing holes.
I printed this using Form Futura's ApolloX filament. However it would probably work fine with ABS, PETG or even PLA as the hot end does not get very warm up near the mounting block as the fan cools it.
The length guage I use to cut a short length of Capricorn PTFE tubing (using a razor blade) that sits just above the nozzle. This is not required for the above but as the Capricorn tubing is not
