Hot Norm

My friend Ari's character "Hot Norm" two .STL files one at 000MM thickening but is NOT printable without some work to make lower cape bits thicker, other file at 001mm thickness and IS printable but of course glasses and other features auto thickened as well, i dont know how to only add thickness to certain bits only :(
