Hotend Cooling Remix

The existing version of this part was insufficiently cooling the hotend, this one has a more directed airflow that seemed to resolve this. Rather than threading the bolts into plastic like the old, this uses M3 threaded inserts (5.5mm diameter) Original thing: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2667680
