Hotend fix by Tile

My hotend fix for Creality style PTFE lined hotends. which negates the need for a separate cutting jig for the retained PTFE tube. The retainer takes the space between the heatbreak and the fitting. In order to cut the retained PTFE tube to the necessary length the heatbreak is the jig. Also my fix allows the PTFE fitting to be fully screwed in.
