I´ve using this in my graber i3 but I guess it will work in others model as well.
Start your printing without manual cleaning the filament ooze.
Ps: You will need to add a start gcode to move the hotend to the container position and extrude and move.
In my tests, I saw that the secret of success is let the hotend wait some seconds after extruding then, the filament will dry and stay inside the container after the hotend moves. Piece of cake! (gcode: G4 Sxx - xx in seconds to wait)
Need a silicon part glued at the top in order to clean the nose.
