Hotend support for direct drive

My trusty Greg's extruder on my Prusa was stuttering lately. It seems the big gear needed to be replaced.

Time to try again how well direct drive works with my new hotend.

This design will work with a hotend like this: http://reprap-fab.org/shop/product_info.php?products_id=103 or those with the same mount.
