This bracket was designed for the [KIT-HGDRONEK66](https://www.nxp.com/applications/solutions/industrial/aerospace-and-mobile-robotics/uavs-drones-and-rovers/nxp-hovergames-drone-kit-including-rddrone-fmuk66-and-peripherals:KIT-HGDRONEK66), which is based on the _LJI X4 500_ quadcopter frame. It was built as part of the [Guardian Angel](https://www.hackster.io/sjvincent/guardian-angel-90dd83) submission for the [HoverGames Challenge 1: Fight Fire with Flyers](https://www.hackster.io/contests/hovergames) challenge.
The purpose of this bracket is to allow for the neat mounting of the NXP RDDRONE-IOT board, which in turn holds the NXP Rapid IoT MCU. It is designed to tightly fit onto the drone's camera rails, at its rear. A key feature of this design is the angling of the Rapid IoT's screen so that it is more easily viewed. Access to the Rapid IoT's USB port, and the RDDRONE-IOT UART and Debug ports, have been prioritised.
