This model is designed to use M4 hex screws with heat inserts. You can probably get away with just using an m4 bolt and nut though. To assemble, disassemble the 22CWA stock stand, and remove the metal plate that is inserted into the monitor. Then bolt that plate onto the adapter bracket, and install it into the monitor. This should work for other HP monitors with the same design, but I can't confirm as I'm not positive they use the same metal plate. Make sure to orient the plate correctly on installation, if it's upside down it won't latch.
