HP docking station power blocker

I have a co-worker who repeatedly puts his laptop into the dock and by habit hits the power button, thus shutting down his PC. This tab inserts into the security lock and extends over the power button preventing accidental shutdown.

Yes he could change the action of his power button, but this seemed like a more interesting fix.
