HP Microserver 5.25" grille

For all you HP N54L hot-rodders, if you've loaded your case up with drives then you need a bit more air flow around the drive(s) in the 5.25" bay.

This could be what you're looking for... :)

It's a *snug* fit so that it it fits neatly, but it should fit OK.
