HSW PTFE Holder solid base

This a solid version of the original HSW PTFE holder https://makerworld.com/en/models/147229-ptfe-tube-holder-for-honeycomb-storage-wall?from=search#profileId-160639). My fat hands kept pulling out the tube, or knocking it off. So I remixed it so that the post is attached to the solid base. Print it upright with supports, you can leave the inner supports in.
