This work is from my friend and colleague Damien that took my previous job on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1806594 and found a better solution.
As you can see on his photos, the camera holder is now sticked on the HTC Vive with a double face scratch band. This solution is really more reliable than my first attempt and it's much more pleasant to look at. I really recommend this one.
