Wall mount for the Hubitat Elevation C7. Four mounting holes on 2 inch (50.8 mm) centers are provided, you'd need to modify this if you need different spacing.
Note that this uses small overhangs to keep the Hubitat in place, they're at 60 degrees off vertical, which is further than the recommended 45 degrees, but it still prints fine on my Ender 3. Your actual mileage may vary. If they don't print properly, just get your slicing software to add supports.
