Rotate the cap and main body appropriately: 180 degress for the cap, 90 degrees (on its back) for the main body.

The cap can be screwed to the ceiling with a single 3.5mm countersunk screw, allowing it to be oriented to the desired direction also.

The main body then just clips in to the cap. It can be further secured using a tie-wrap (zip-tie) or a small nut/bolt if desired because of the through-hole.

Use supports when printing.

I've included a removal tool to use with pliers but you should only need to squeeze the cap with full-size (not needle nose) pliers and a firm(ish) pull to release the cap from the main body.
