These are meant to be (relatively) easy to print and still fairly true to life. The models are made to fit together and come apart much like the real deal. Components slip/sit/snap together. This is the same scale as my [Gateway model](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5470341) and [Orion models](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5746140) .

The Human Landing System is the final mode of transportation that will take astronauts to the lunar surface in the Artemis lunar exploration program. On early missions, the astronauts will live inside the pressurized crew cabin portion of the lander for up to a week.
