HV EV Cable Clamp Clip

Cable clip/clamp intended for mounting HV traction wiring cables for electric vehicle conversions. This was designed for 20mm OD cable. The cable used was 70mm^2 double insulated from Zero EV.

The screw is a standard M6 roofing bolt. 30 or 40mm length is suitable depending on the thickness and flatness of bodywork. The nut is a standard square roofing nut that fits into a slot.

The advantage of these screws is they have a shallow domed head, and so fit neatly below carpet.

Also included is a asymmetric variant where the clamping surface isn't flat. I found this suitable for when the bodywork has ridges which would otherwise prevent the clamp from being parallel to the floor.
