This was a miniaturized version of an HVAC blower I designed(actual wheel diameter is 20" in real life).

I printed all parts with same settings, 0.2mm layer, 20% infill, used brim when having trouble with parts curling off bed(mainly the frames)
I got the motor from Digikey, part# 1597-1210-ND, then designed the motor housing to fit it with a small dip switch. Then used 12V A23 batteries inside to run the motor.
For the bearings I used 7/8" OD with 3/8" ID, can't get them in a lot of places.
Printed a belt using elastomer filament(just a circle the right size).
Then I super glued the parts together.
I mirrored the stl in Cura for both sides of the wheel, scroll housing, and for both frame sides required.
Various Bushing stl files included so you can vary your fan rpm as desired, or you can use a potentiometer to adjust the motor speed(hole in motor cap to mount the pot).
