Case for the HW-132 USB Step Up Power Supply Module / Voltage Regulator - an AliExpress special. Also sold as XY-UP / XY-LUP
fits together with a poorly thought-out friction clip mechanism. Not particularly durable, but works well enough. Glue is always an option.
