The rubber bottom is to deduce noise from flask hitting surfaces and when setting them down. TPU is a difficult filament to work with at times. It has great cohesion causing any unwanted filament to be very difficult to remove, i.e. supports, stringing, or accidental bridging is hard to fix. I recommend increasing travel and retraction speeds if you are struggling with this.

The infill can vary but a lower percent can make the bottom squishier. The plain version shown in the photos has 3 walls. However, I redesigned it to only have 2 to provide a softer more flexible option. Feel free to give me feedback and advice.

EDIT:
I have provided a new thinner bottom layer to reduce rigidity. I recommend using 3 bottom layers and 2 top layers with an infill ~20%.
