YES, you can make a hydrofoil from 3d printed parts. It's all spliced you you can print it on your average-sized 3D printer. I was never really good at hydrofoiling that's why there is no video. You do have to fiberglass the whole thing or it will break. It's lots of work to make one of these... It's not for the faint of heart. I used PLA but Nylon would be better.
