Hydroponic NFT Downspout Brackets

I am putting together my first outdoor hydroponic system and I needed some mounts for the channels made from plastic downspouts. I made a quick release version for easy removal of the channel, and a solid version for a more permanent mount. the quick release feels sturdy enough, i'll update after some growing time.

The downspouts are vinyl from Home Depot in Canada they have rounded corners of approx 15mm radius and outside dimensions of 78.7mm x 58.7mm. I'm not sure if other plastic downspouts differ from this if you know please post in the comments.
