Hydroponics pump filter housing (cheap)

I originally used the gray, long 12v water pump from China that I saw in one of the hydroponics descriptions. I had two of them die on me within one month, possibly from sucking something up into the impeller.

I made a filter housing for it that I printed with TPU.
The filter housing slips right over the water intake, and the 10mm tubing adapter slips onto the water outlet. So far it has been reliable.

Secure the filter cover onto the filter basket with zip ties.
