Hyland boost regulator case

This is a modified version of G0MJW's modified version of Kozon's Power supply box for DDS signal generator.
I removed the screw holes because two of them never lined up on either of the predecessor designs, and because the PCB and cover snap nice and snugly together, so additional hardware seemed superfluous.
I reused the vent grill that G0MJW put on the bottom of the case on the top portion. As G0MJW points out, heat disipation is often better and more desirable on the ground plane for SMD components, the design of this particular PCB was aiming for simplicity and any improvements that might be gained by attaching the syncs to the bottom of the board are likely lost in poor surface contact with imperfect solder pools and the fact that heat rises. Still, I left the depth of the base and vent grill of the base unmodified from G0MJW's improved design.
To the top portion of the case, I added a large access area for the screw terminals and header connections as well as a hole f
