This is a remix of siamkater's fan adaptor provided with his custom extruder mount.
For some reason (I don't remember which extruder mount exactly I'm currently using) his fan adaptor didn't fit on my extruder mount so I had to adjust the positions of the holes. Their center is now located 5.4mm from the edge of the fan adaptor and fits my extruder mount, whichever it might be.
