Noticed that the original hypercube fan shroud only blew air on one side of my prints, so all my PLA prints had one side that would droop and look rough. This fan helps to accelerate the flow of air from the blower fan and directs it all around the part. So far with this fan I've had no problems with printing PLA and getting great overhangs/surface finish.
Took me about 10 design iterations to get this right and make it fit with the original induction probe that the Hypercube was designed for. Make sure to print it in a high temperature resistant material like PETG or ABS. I printed mine in PETG and it hasn't warped at all from heat coming from the hotend.
Enjoy!
P.S. the STL file isn't oriented correctly, print it vertically like I show in the picture from S3D
