Please note this is only usefull with my corner raisers (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2542340) or another sort of external bracket.
I have noticed this issue ever since building the Hypercube, the XY carriage was never in the optimum position to give full potential height.
With this mod you can move the XY carriage up 20mm to gain extra print height, FOR FREE!!!
We all like free things and if you use my corner raiser along with this you can an additional 20mm netting you a total build build height of 195mm! How exciting is that?!?!
The only thing you do need different from the original build materials is a 30mm m3 bolt to hold the bearings for the belt on the left hand side. please see the picture.
Installation:
Replace your original XY joiners with these new one and trim your top X carriage tube down to around 335mm long, this allows you to go back to the original XY joiners for whatever reason. Once you have done this loosen the XY assembly and move up to the top of t
