Hypervolt Massage Tool Charging Base - Five Heads

I really liked the look of kevintibbets Hypervolt stand, but my model came with five heads, not four, so I remixed his version to have more slots. The original had the slots spaced out only as necessary which decreases the overall size, but I spaced them out evenly since I have enough space on my print bed to accommodate for the larger footprint in the end.
