At begin I try to use this gear:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3304608
but everything was very tight. I had problem with put it together. Forget about rotating. Because I can't find working hyocycloid gear stl, I draw my own basics on project from link above, calculator from site: http://www.otvinta.com/cycloid.html and blender.
I made some dimensions smaller because my printer add 0.1 - 0.2 mm thickness.
I use:
- bearing 1x 608 and 1x 635
- 4 screw M3
- 1 screw M5
Now I want upgrade this project and add bearings 6 x 683 and 6 xM3 screw to attach bearings to output.
If you want version with 683 (i'm not trying yet) then use:
- test gear
- baza 26 (with or without down plate)
- test naped (shift from center - 1mm)
- output
- pokrywa
in other way use (working):
- output
- gear up
- pokrywa
- baza 22
- naped mimosrod (shift 1.5mm)
My nema17 has 10-11 mm shaft long (fi 5mm - round)
