HYPR custom parts

Just some custom pieces for Captain Slug's HYPR. See schematic for parts breakdown.

Some notes:
- "TopRail_Nut_IS.stl" added a nut to help improve retention to Yoke and a little front iron sight. Note using this in conjunction with my "Yoke_IS.stl" will prevent you from using slide-on rail accessories (clamp-on is still fine)
- Probably the most important piece is the "Cammer_Improved_Catch.stl" which raised the flat face of the cammer 0.75 mm which increases available catch surface.
