this is a hat you will with water like a water bottle, and place in the freezer or ice chest to chill over, so as you may wear it outside later, in the heat of the summer.
its still rough and bulky. drain and fill hole are the same. enclosed bolt completes the 2 piece set. it replaces the nub at the top of the cap.
