Hi,
I wanted to reduce friction at the filament spool and after try some spool holders with bearings, I realized that are doing friction with the printed walls, then I decided to use some spare cheap idlers I already have.
The pictures were made after a quick draft, but finally is more than enought, so I´m using as it :)
Super smooth, cheap and quick to print (at 90mm/s, 15%infill, 0.3 resolution).
If you want to try it you will need 4 * M3x20mm or M5x20mm screws and the idlers:
