IHC/Riverossi Kadee replacement coupler

Alternative coupler to the Kadee #508. You still will require the top box from #58, the spring, and coupler itself. The Long coupler matches the length of the original IHC coupler. Will work on tight (18") radius curves.

Added a short coupler for a close coupling option (Requires large radius turns) and a medium one that is in between the original and the close coupler. Use which one suits your taste.
