Ikea 365+ drybox

This is my version of a filament dry box using the Ikea 11 litre 365+ box and lid.

I modified the flanges from hondaman5150 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:487789 so it has a slip in fitting for hoses. The hoses can be extended to fit right into your extruder if you wish. The cap was made so the filament can be pushed in so the filament draws out when the cap is removed.
I made the spool rollers on the laser cutter as it is way faster than 3D printing. they are made of 4.5mm or 3/16 acrylic and the rollers are 1- 25mm disc glued between 2 - 32mm discs. This gives each roller a guide on each side. The disc holes are 8.5 mm and I just used some spare pencil crayons as the axles. The box holds the axles in place and the rollers are free to move for different widths of filament.

Put some desicant in the box to maintain the humidity. I can draw the filament straight from the box into my printer without having to move them.
