Ikea dishwasher door support

This piece was designed because the original one only had a single join point with the wooden door. Only one screw for supporting the forces of opening and closing. 2 years after, the wood got broken and the piece was relased.

This design has the same original hole for the original screw, adding a bigger base with support for 4 more screws. Thanks to that, the piece is perfectly fixed to the door being the forces distributed among the 5 screws.

Printing:

I printed it as it is shown in the image, I wanted to distribute the tension among the whole piece. If it is vertically printed, the layers could be separated by this tension.

Used PLA and 60% infill density
