Ikea Dry box remix

Remixed the great original design from Twotone74 to get equal size rollers. Tightened up the tolerances, since the bearings were rattling around - they are now press-fit. Added a chamfer to the bearing lip, so the roller prints without support.
Added a nut for the pneumatic connector and a cap. The cap was printed in NinjaFlex.
