Replacement pin for IKEA Hemnes furniture — used to hold wooden frame boards together (e.g., side or back frame elements).I designed two versions:🔹 Supportless version (recommended): split design that prints perfectly without supports.🔹 Full version: original shape that matches the IKEA pin 1:1, requires minimal supports.✅ Works great with PETG for strength and slight flexibility.PLA also works fine.Printed with 0.2 mm layer height, 100% infill.I suggest printing a few extra — they’re small and easy to lose 😉
