Ikea Hinge base

The original Ikea element is casted in "Zamac" (light metallic material Al-Zn). Although it is a metallic element, it regularily fails and always at the same location. However, it is commonly known, that the manufacturing process imight create schrinkages at the very location of reduced sections. On top of this, this element is casted (for obvious economic reasons) and the void under the pressure zone adds fragility to it. One of the solution is to copycat the existing element AND to add a supporting section under the pressure screw. If rigidity is not sufficient, another option is to use a metallic insert right under that position too.
The proposed design is the simplest and seems working since weeks now.
