IKEA Ivar Corner Bracket

Enhance the stability and versatility of your IKEA IVAR shelves with this custom-designed corner bracket! This 3D-printable bracket is a perfect solution for those looking to maximize the use of corner spaces in their storage setup.

This corner bracket was intended to prevent tipping in a freestanding IKEA Ivar shelf by attaching it to a shelf that was secured. I am very happy with the result in my space.

You'll need to print two covers (_xcover.stl) for each bracket. These covers should accept a variety of washers/screws, but I was using washers with an outer diameter of 15mm and an inner diameter of 4mm.

Some of the pictures show cracking in one of the covers. This was an earlier draft of the cover with insufficient clearance, which required ... percussive installation, and led to the failure. I replaced these covers with the uploaded version after taking the pictures, and they fit great now.

I may revisit this to add a brace to the inner corner as well, however for now t
