Ikea Komplement tray inserts
Designed specifically to fit https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/komplement-pull-out-tray-white-60246363/ (602.463.63) but could be used for other draws too.
Box sizes are:
100x30
100x100
100x130
100x200
100x230
100x300
The usable space of the Ikea Komplement tray inserts are 400mmx530mm
Each tray in my design is 100mm wide so you can have 4x rows with trays that suit you to a total depth of 530mm
Example:
100+100+100+100+100+30
100+100+100+100+130
200+200+130
300+230
200+200+100+30
There are 2x version of each tray, the one labeled runner has a notch on one side and is designed for the outer rows, this is needed for anyone who has multiple rows of trays directly above the other to avoid hitting the runner, if you have a gap, these are not required.
Each draw has 2mm walls
if you wanted 20cm wide trays you can scale the Y axis only to 200%
if you wanted 5cm wide trays you can scale the Y axis only to 50%
