This compact support bracket for the ikea lack adds extra stability to the table to improve stability when printing. This design uses a combination of 4 screws on two angled supports and a compression fit between the leg and the table top for a compact, yet effective brace to improve the stability of this affordable Ikea table. To install: Before unscrewing the lack leg, note the corner 180 degrees on the opposite side of the current inward facing corner. AKA the outside corner when the leg is secured without the bracket. This is the leg corner that you should seat in the corner of the bracket. When you screw the leg back on, that should align the two supports as needed with a tight fit. Then, use four #4 × 3/4" flat head wood screws per leg (M3 × 19 mm). Drill a small pilot hole and screw the screws in to complete. USE CAUTION when tightening.
