I couldn't find a suitable filament guide, so I've designed one myself.
Both top and bottom parts are 4mm wide inside except of the last 1mm which is narrower to create a ledge and prevent the PTFE tube from sliding out.
You need to drill a 10mm wide hole in the table (that was the drill bit I had).
Bottom part has countersunk holes for self drilling screw, to prevent it from poping out from the table.
