IKEA LEG EXTENSION V2

Just a quick remix as I didn't like the collar to support the leg. so i removed it and reduced it's plastic content which should decrease the print time. big thanks to shaiss for his original design that pointed me towards this.
I have included the step file for anyone else to alter or ammend
