I haven't had a chance to print this yet, so keep that in mind. The interior part won't need supports, but the outer part does, so you'd better leave them on.
Let me know how it goes if you print it! The current design is for a 70 mm hole (diameter of the thing is 69), but I guess you can scale it up and down to adjust it to different sized holes.
