IKEA Old Kallax side hook .medium

I saw te remix of hsc2k made for te ikea kallax hoks but i have two old Ikea Kallax shelvings that doesnt have the same distance from the screw hole tho the side, It goes perfect to front.

So i was interested only in te medium heigt hook so i only modded it to fit in.
