It's a cup for the ikea skadis wall.
The filament you print it with actually doesn't matter, but I suggest a 45% angle and a brim as your print orientation.
Just submerge the object about 2-3mm into the buildplate, and it'll print fine with less support.
The left one is printed with tpu and the right one with petg.
