Ikea Skuggis hook adapter

I needed to attach something on a hook that was hanged in the office with the Ikea Skuggis hook. This is just the hook adapter that sits on the wall attached Skuggis base unit.

Designed in OpenScad and can be parameterized if needed.

The Skuggis base has a rounded top which I didn't bother creating as it is completely internal and the tolerance I have has things pretty tight and not moving anyway.
