I have upgraded my old iMac with a new Mac Mini.
First transformed my iMac into a monitor only
Then assembled the Mac Mini behind the iMac with a clip and support (glued to eachother).
Installed a HDMI VGA controller board LED Panel. from Ebay.
A new faceplate was necessary to expose the new monitor driver controls in the back of the iMac
