ImpactShield PC Corner Case

This project was born from a very specific problem: two cracks on the corners of my PC, right next to the screen. Small damages, but in one of the worst possible spots—highly visible and constantly exposed to impacts during everyday use.Instead of accepting the damage or relying on temporary fixes, I decided to design a dedicated corner case. The goal was simple: cover the cracks cleanly and restore a neat appearance. During the design process, it became clear that the solution could do more than just hide cosmetic flaws.Once printed and installed, the case not only covered scratches and cracks effectively, but also proved to be an excellent impact protector. The reinforced corners now absorb bumps and accidental hits, protecting the most fragile area of the PC—especially around the screen.What started as a cosmetic fix turned into a functional upgrade: a simple, solid, and practical solution that improves both durability and peace of mind.
