Imperial Cities shouldn't just be made up of ruined buildings and craters, real cities are full of other things too. Hence this, the Imperial Dumpster. Simple, good size for providing cover and a little bit of gothic arching to fit the aesthetic.
The lids are separate pieces to allow for converting and/or filling with corpses of vanquished foes.
